Adobo Pork Loin Chops

     Tonight's Daily Plate features adobo pork loin chops grilled along with Cajun spiced fresh zucchini from my garden. Watermelon completes the entree for a fresh, spicy summer meal.   Adobo Pork Loin Chops      The zucchini was marinated in olive oil, lime juice, honey, salt and Cajun seasoning. When grilled, it blackened slightly, adding a nice grilled flavor. The zucchini was not a favorite with most of the family, but I personally thought it was delicious. Of course, most of the family thinks vegetables are limited to potatoes, English peas and broccoli.
